SHIPPING
Delivery times are listed upon placing item in shopping bag. Working on a pre-order basis ensures that we only make as many garments are ordered to reduce waste and surplus goods. We appreciate your commitment to this process. Garments are shipped from NYC and are packaged in garment boxes with an individual “make number” to highlight this personal process.
We will use the email provided to update you on the production process. This email is not used for anything else. You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped.
Delivery costs are flat and there are no extra costs at delivery (duties are on us). In case sales taxes apply, the amount will be clearly displayed at checkout.
We do not ship on Holidays. Please plan accordingly as orders will not be shipped out on these dates. All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
At this time we are unable to ship orders to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO and U.S. Territories. Orders made to any of these addresses will be canceled.
The delivery address of your order must match the country site in which you place your order. Orders made from a different country site than the delivery address will be automatically canceled.
RETURNS
Due to the intimate production process orders cannot be returned at this time. We believe in conscious consuming so please take care to purchase with the same regard.
All orders are checked before packaging. If you do receive a damaged product please reach out and we will be in touch shortly.
