ORDER PROCESS

  • Sales are done exclusively through pre-order on corbanharper.com. After the sale pieces are put into production. Delivery times are based on the amount of work that goes into each individual piece. Delivery dates are listed at the time of purchase.

WHY DO I HAVE TO PRE-ORDER?

  • Pre-ordering allows for a more conscious approach to producing garments. Through the pre-order model, materials are not wasted and labor is not abused as only purchased pieces are put into production.

CUSTOM PIECES

  • While each piece is unique, we do offer custom orders. If you are interested in custom order, please reach out through the contact page or at corbanpharper@gmail.com to discuss customizing an existing style or to inquire about a custom piece. Prices are subject to change.

  • Dependent of the level of intricacy a new delivery date may be required.

WHAT IS THE PRODUCTION PROCESS LIKE?

  • Only what is ordered is produced. This ensures quality and avoids wasted materials and labor.

  • Only after the sale materials are gathered and production begins; primarily in house or for specialty items through select manufacturers in New York City. Keeping the lion’s share of styles in house allows for a more personal approach to orders and promises the level of craftsmanship each style requires

  • On special occasion some styles will be produced in part through local manufacturers, every style features couture craftsmanship and a high level of hand work. This intimate connection to the garments is essential. Whether it is hand dying, embroidering or finishing, attention to detail and artisanship remain at the core of this process.

  • Fabrics are sourced from many locations. Some are developed in house, some are dead stock and some are small lot. Conscious consumption is at the forefront when sourcing.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE AN ORDER?

  • Production time is dependent on the garment. Intricate styles with more hand work typically take longer. Delivery dates are noted at the top of the shop page and before your purchase is completed.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

  • Shipment details are noted at the top of the shop page and before your purchase is completed.

  • When production starts, you will receive an email and again when your order ships.

  • Orders ship in 100% post consumer and post industrial waste packaging. Packaging is 100% recyclable or compostable

  • If you have not received an order confirmation email within 24hrs of ordering please reach out and it will be taken care of.

CANCELLATIONS

  • At this time all sales are final. We believe in conscious consuming so please take care to order in the same regard.
